How to Re-Enable Deactivated Users

Prerequisites

  • Access to the PAC-BLU portal via any web browser.
  • An admin or manager-level PAC-BLU account.

Log In to PAC-BLU

  • Go to cloud.pac-blu.com and enter your company ID, username, and password.
  • After logging in, you will land on the PAC-BLU home screen.

Navigate to the Users Section

  • From the home screen, click on Users to open the user management page.
  • Uncheck the Hide Inactive box at the top to view all users.

Reactivate a User

  • Find the deactivated user by clicking “Display Name” to sort names alphabetically.
  • Click the blue icon next to the user’s name to open their account settings.
  • Near the top-right corner, re-enable the De-Activate Account button.
  • Save your changes. The user will now be active and able to access the system again.
