PAC-BLU Permissions Guide
This guide explains the different permission levels available within the PAC-BLU system and how they impact user roles.
Permission Levels
- Scheduled Open Interrupt: Allows users to manually cancel a scheduled open event. Only Admins and Super Admins can use this feature.
- Installer: Grants the ability to install and configure PAC-BLU devices. Cannot modify user roles or system settings.
- Admin: Allows user management and PAC-BLU system configuration. Can assign and manage eKeys but not modify Super Admin settings.
- Super Admin: Full access to all system settings. Can manage Admins, override schedules, and deactivate user accounts.
How to Manage Permissions
Permissions can be managed through the PAC-BLU dashboard under the “User Management” section. Only users with Admin or Super Admin privileges can modify roles.

- Can I upgrade my permission level? Yes, but only an Admin or Super Admin can grant higher access.
