Resetting Your Password 

If you've forgotten your PAC-BLU account password or need to reset it, follow these updated steps:

Access the Login Page

  • Open the PAC-BLU Login Page on the web (www.pacblu.com/login) or use the PAC-BLU Mobile App.
  • Both platforms support the password reset process.

Select “Forgot Password?”

  • On the login screen, click or tap the “Forgot Password?” link. This will take you to the password recovery page.

Enter Your Company Code and Email

  • On the recovery page, provide the following information:
  • Your 4-digit company code (assigned to your PAC-BLU account).
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Ensure both fields are entered accurately before proceeding.

Check Your Email

  • Look for an email from PAC-BLU Support (e.g., support@pacblu.com) in your inbox.
  • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ensure emails from PAC-BLU are not blocked by your email provider.

Follow the Reset Link

  • Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
  • You will be redirected to a secure page where you can create a new password.

Create a New Password

  • Enter a new password that meets PAC-BLU’s security requirements:
  • At least 8 characters long.
  • Includes one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
  • Confirm the new password by typing it again in the confirmation field.

Submit and Log In

  • Click the “Update Password” button to save your changes.
  • You will see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.
  • Return to the login screen (web or mobile app) and log in with your new password.

Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the email?
    • Double-check that you entered the correct company code and email address.
    • Check your spam/junk folder.
    • If the problem persists, contact PAC-BLU support at support@pacblu.com or call the support hotline.
  • Reset link expired?
    • Go back to the “Forgot Password?” page and restart the process.
  • Still having issues?
    • Contact PAC-BLU support for further assistance.
